Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026. Left Tidy sells digital PDFs through this store (lefttidy.com), which runs on Shopify. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email address, billing address and what you bought. Shopify and our payment providers process your payment; we never see your full card number.
  • Support messages: what you write to us at lefttidy@gmail.com or through the contact form.
  • Site usage: cookies and similar technologies set by Shopify (essential and analytics) and by advertising partners such as Meta, used to measure the store and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser and through the "Your privacy choices" page.

What we never collect

What you write inside your folder stays on your device. The PDF is not connected to us, there is no account, no cloud and no login. We cannot see your answers, your family's details or anything you type into the sheets.

Why we use your information

  • To deliver the PDF you bought, by email, and to send it again if you ask.
  • To answer your messages and process refunds under the 60-day guarantee.
  • To keep records required by tax and consumer law.
  • To measure and improve the store, and, where you have consented, to show relevant advertising.

Who we share it with

Shopify (store and checkout), our payment providers, the app that delivers your download by email, and advertising and analytics partners as described above. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires; support messages for up to two years; cookie data according to each partner's policy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Write to lefttidy@gmail.com.
