Terms of service
Terms of sale
Last updated 28 October 2026. These terms apply to every purchase from this store. By ordering, you agree to them.
Who we are
Left Tidy is sold by AMANA DIGITAL LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #35842, Casper, WY 82609, United States (the business entity shown in the store's Shopify settings on 28/10/2026). Contact: lefttidy@gmail.com.
What you are buying
A digital product: fillable PDF files delivered by email. Nothing is posted. The Left Tidy folder includes the England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland editions. Extras are separate PDFs.
Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the PDFs for you and your household: fill them in, save them, print them as many times as you need. You may not resell, share publicly or republish the files.
Not legal advice
Left Tidy is practical paperwork, checked against the official guidance (GOV.UK, mygov.scot, nidirect, HMRC and the Apple and Google support pages). It is not legal, tax or financial advice, it is not a will and it does not replace one, and it is not a power of attorney. Rules and fees change; always check the official source for your situation and take professional advice where your estate needs it.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where the store supports it; in the United Kingdom you pay in pounds, the amount shown on the page. Payment is taken once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Delivery
By email, within minutes of the order, to the address you gave at checkout. If it hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, check your junk folder and then write to us.
Refunds
60-day money-back guarantee: email us within 60 days of purchase and we refund you in full. See the refund policy. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The text, design and layout of the folder and this site belong to Left Tidy. Official forms linked from the folder belong to their issuing bodies.
Liability
We are responsible for the product being as described and delivered as promised. We are not responsible for decisions you or your family take on the basis of the folder, for the actions of banks, registrars, HMRC or any third party, or for losses that could not reasonably be foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
